Show Date: 21st July 2.30pm performance
Arrival & Pick Up
Drop off and pick up will be at the backstage door of the Gordon Craig Theatre, look out for your class name sign posted against the building as this will be the point of drop off and pick up. Access to the backstage door can only be gained on foot as vehicles entering into the car park are for the Gordon Craig staff only. The backstage door is located at the mini roundabout at the entrance of the Tesco car park in town. Please make sure you know this location before this date to avoid being late.
For Rehearsal: Arrive at 8:30am in costume 1 (see below) and bring costume 2 in a labelled bag. Pick up at 10:30am.
For The Show: Arrive at 2:00pm in costume 1 (see below) and bring costume 2 in a labelled bag. Pick up at 4:00pm/after show.
Make sure your child has their costumes labelled in one bag, a secure water bottle (so no leakage) and any necessary items. We are not responsible for missing items. Please write your child's name in all possessions.
Note: You need to attend the rehearsal in preparation for the show ie you need to attend both and in costumes its not optional!

Girls- MINT GREEN outfit from link here (if you wish to add a black vest underneath to cover midriff you can). Plain black or white trainers. Hair in two french plaits.
Boys- NEON GREEN hoodie from link here. Black joggers. Plain black or white trainers.

Costume 2
Girls- RED LONG SLEEVE top here. Same black chain trousers, trainers and hair as costume 1. RED bandana from link here, to be placed so that knot/tie is at the top right of the head (please provide hair grips). Staff backstage will place the bandanas on correctly.
Boys- RED LONG SLEEVE SHIRT from link here. Shirt to be undone with any plain black top underneath. Same black jogger and trainers as costume 1. RED bandana from link here, to be placed across the forehead with the tie and the back. Staff backstage will place the bandanas on correctly.
