Lyrical Contemporary Dance

Lyrical Contemporary blends the emotional storytelling of lyrical dance with the fluidity and grounded technique of contemporary movement. In this class, dancers explore musicality, breath, and expression while developing strength, control, and versatility.
​Classes focus on expressive choreography, seamless transitions, and dynamic use of space, incorporating elements such as floor work, turns, extensions, and improvisation. Dancers are encouraged to connect deeply to the music and move with authenticity, allowing emotion to guide technique.
This class is ideal for dancers looking to expand their artistry, build confidence in expressive movement, and develop a strong contemporary foundation in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Uniform
Suitable dance wear and bare foot/socks/ballet shoes.
